Hazel E. Balch took these photos in Highbridge in September 1946. They appear to be commercial buildings but not Waterloom Mill (which was brick) nor Brown’s Mill which was granite.

Hard frost fine day wind from N to West. David helping Mr. Huckins. Hamish drew some rocks for Mr. Hardy. Jim and him finished putting in wood. I chored around incubator and brooder house.
