WWII Veterans
Hazel Moore compiled an album of New Ipswich WWII veterans for the New Ipswich Historical Society. As a prelude to our town’s Memorial Day celebration, we will feature a few photos each day.
Dottie Perry sent us two “new” photos of John Tuttle Perry for our WWII collection. He Served in WWII in Europe. Note on photo was written by his daughter.

Cold high NW wind. With slight snow showers. David went for eggs to F. Mansfield and started an incubator. Academy open today. Papers full of accounts of terrible fire at Chelsea which wiped out more than ¼ of town on Sunday.

The season has advanced considerable since our last visit here and there is much more verdure. We have been busy make small sketches and Hazard and I are planning to paint a few canvases.
