This was located in Smithville. It appears to me to have been located on what then called Taylor Pond across the bridge from the waterfall and Wheeler Mill. Photo was taken by Leon R. Willard, a friend of James Roger whom he called Lonnie.

Frost; fine day, wind west to southwest. David teaming out manure and cleaning hen houses. Fixed Hall for Grange tonight. Set one incubator (100 eggs) for self. One for G. Sargent (200 eggs) and Mr. Tobey brought 360 for a Cyphers incubator. I went for mail and got letter from Hamish from Whitehall. Good turnout at Grange; closed 10:30.
