NEW IPSWICH, Feb. 8.-Henry S. Davis, 80, died February 4 at the home of his son in Leominster. Funeral services were held in New Ipswich Sunday. Rev, Edward Clapp officiated.
Bearers were William Lawrence, William Lawrence, Warren Wheel- er, Clayton Spaulding, Lawrence Davis, and Herbert Hurd. Burial was in Central cemetery here.
Mr. Davis was born in Mason. He spent his life on a farm in the south part of New Ipswich. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah (Haywood) Davis; two sons, Ernest of Newton, and Philip of Leominster; two brothers, Leander and Edward of New Ipswich; and three sisters, Mrs. Orrin French and Mrs. Ida Damon of West Townsend and Mrs. Charles Russell of Winchendon.
