Warm and sultry, slight shower at 1230. Mr. Peacock preached on the subject of David and Jonathan’s friendship. Meeting after to receive letters of membership for Mr. and Mrs. Peacock from Worcester, and agree to ordain Mr. Peacock. Committee of the 2 deacons, clerk and Mr. John Cummings appointed to meet in Parsonage on Monday evening at 7pm to arrange about meeting Council. S.S. after. C.E. at 7pm subject Temperance. Mr. Cummings leader. Hamish had lame back and was busy at Civil Service Examination papers.
