A Question
We found this photo of Consentuary Cummings Farley. I would be curious to know how much this dress must have weighed.

James Roger diary entry
2nd (Thursday)
Snow during night. Cold windy day (west W.) David and Daniel put windows in wood cellar. (A great improvement) David went to Greenville for grain. Took laundry to Grainey’s , incubator lamp chimneys to Farrar’s and parcel of tablets &c. to express office for Hamish. I fixed burlap on Cypher’s incubator. Got P.C. from Jim from Hingham. Dr. brought some cough mixture for me and tablets for Hamish. I feel better but keeping indoors.
