The society has two photos of a house. They are undated but appear to be relatively recent (unlike many of the others on this site). Are they the same building?

William Jurian Kaula diary
2 MAR 1898
Miss Shuttleworth has returned from Rome after having a most unpleasant winter there. After we have had a splendid winter in Paris with but little cold weather and no snow and now are looking for the approach of spring it filled me with disgust to have a real snowstorm. A few days of hail and rain were pardonable but to have an inch of snow and slush added today was too much for my feelings - especially when I am waiting for signs of warmer weather which comes at this time of the year in Paris.
Delemué * made a bet of a glass of whiskey or other drink that he could drink it without having it go down his throat. It was at the restaurant where we were about all through dinner and the boys were willing to take the bet as no solution of the trick seemed possible. Delemué said that he would drink a glassful by standing on his head - that the fluid did not go down his throat but on the contrary it went up his throat. None of us believed that he could swallow when he was standing on his head and were wildly enthusiastic to see the attempt. So Allingham held the glass to his mouth so as Logan and I held him put by the feet and he drank a whole glass of water without any effort and was able to speak after swallowing before we were willing to believe that he had swallowed.
* Delemué is possibly Maurice Del Mue.

James Roger diary entry
2nd (Tuesday)
Snow in morning, growing warming, snow melting roads slushy. Wind westerly. David cleaning harness all day. Got paper from Hamish with a/c of Revivals. Took leaves to hen houses, went for mail. Meeting at Parsonage tonight, Star Night.
I say no. The chimney on the second house protrudes higher from the roofline than the first using the window size as a reference. I agree with Linda, the 2nd one looks like the Albree house
Back again, looking at the trees I am thinking maybe not the same house.
