Apostolic Lutheran Church
The Original New Ipswich Apostolic Lutheran Church, built on Poor Farm Road opposite Wilson Hill Road, also housed the Evangelical Lutheran congregation for a time, although the faiths are unrelated. The church was built in about 1905 and was later razed to build a cow barn.

Miss C. F Barr has recently purchased a fine upright case, with glass sides and front, for the minerals from Nevada presented by George D. Burton of Boston. The specimens have been arranged in the case, which is placed in the hallway.
Editors Note: I assume that this case is currently in the New Ipswich Historical Society but not sure where the Nevada minerals might be.

Warm, dry, and dusty; wind southwest. David cutting at Royce’s and S. Thayers’ and afterwards brought in the hay from Orchard and what was cut in the upper fields. Got letter from Hamish. The Limas called and paid David some of the hay grass. C. Knowlton’s pigs got out today. W. Hardy found them.
