Warm sunny day. Wind west to SW. David at Ashburnham for Mr. Walker. I bushed peas, picked potato bugs and Jim and I sowed 7 rows of fodder corn. Mr. & Mrs. Millard of East Jaffrey called to ask me to fix their lot in cemetery. G. Sargent got 3 bushels potatoes, and Huckins 3 buh- [probably bushels]

I assume that Mary Jane Marshall Tabraham resided at that fancy house at 99 River Road in Bank Village. Here she is with her dog. Maybe this photo was taken on the front lawn.
