Garwin Falls

Subscriber Bill Niemi wrote that Barnes Falls was the older name for Garwin Falls in Wilton. I visited that location before they closed the site down. It is a magnificent waterfall in nearby Wilton, NH

January 20, 1909 (Wednesday)

Frost 14 degrees of frost.  Fine day wind west.  Commenced our ice but water got over and stopped them.  Put in three loads. D & W. Hardy went for sawdust.
