There was an Aldrich farm on Perry Rd, NI. Could be Isham may have taught me how "not" to milk my first cow back in the early 50's. Perhaps it was Isham's dad? Roger Aldrich was the son that lived there and played high school basketball at AA around 1957 or so. "Baldy Aldy" was Roger's nickname and was a tenacious rebounder contrary to his natural and likeable social demeanor.
Nice work Carl! The Wheeler have a long history in New Ipswich. However I've never come across an Aldrich in NH. I've bought chemicals from the Sigma Aldrich company.
