There were 2 Charles Lougees in that family. I think my reply refers to the older one.
He did not have a surviving widow, his wife died in 1916. A Nancy Fuller was living with him when he died.
The George Lougee was the father of Charles. The place looks like it could have been located at the intersection of Ashby Rd and Davis Village Rd. I think the mountain in the background is Kidder Mt.
