Come to think of it, when I was reading the New Ipswich history I recall that a certain man was found dead at that location on the road in the 1830's. It was never known how or why he died. I remember the story as we used to live close to that location. Maybe there is something to it after all!!!!!
A Mr. McKeemon (spelling?) lived there in the 1960's when we used to live across the street. He was very meticulous about keeping the place looking picture perfect. I never saw any ghosts or apparitions although the old town cemetery just down the road looked kind of spooky to us kids.
