This picture was taken before 1888 since George Weston died in 1888. The location doesn't look like it was taken near the bridge on Old Country Rd near River Rd. The topography in the background doesn't seem right. Also the stone structure in the photo is not one I've ever seen.

There are other photos showing cows near the village cemetery. I agree that this is not Bank Village.
